Jacqueline Lonnerdal | Chief Operating Officer

Jacqueline enjoys building relationships with clients and being able to provide excellent service. She has over 13 years of client service experience and holds herself and her team to a high standard. She appreciates working for Hightower because it truly is a family environment.

Jacqueline joined Hightower in 2011. In 2019, she accepted her role as operations manager. She previously served as a registered client leader. Prior to joining Hightower, she worked as a registered client service associate at UBS.

Working closely with her team, she specializes in solving problems not only with clients, but within her team as well. She prides herself in being organized and resourceful.
Jacqueline is a registered representative and holds both Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses. She also holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Pace University.

Jacqueline currently resides in Kensington, Maryland with her husband, Nils, their son, Matias, and daughter, Mila. Jacqueline enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
