Morgan Sarraf | Director of Financial Planning/Advisor

Morgan enjoys sharing in her clients’ happy moments while supporting them through life’s many transitions and helping carve their unique path to financial security and freedom. “It’s incredibly rewarding to help clients gain a deeper understanding of what they truly want and then be able to help them achieve their goals.”

Morgan joined Hightower in the spring of 2020, bringing more than a decade of experience in building and sustaining client relationships, as well as an aptitude for project management. As the Director of Financial Planning, she strategizes ways to expand the knowledge and depth of the financial planning team and works closely with clients and advisors to prepare cohesive financial strategies. Morgan specializes in developing integrated financial planning and investment portfolio construction to help her clients achieve their life and legacy goals.

Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Psychology and Business Administration from Bryant University in Rhode Island, where she played on the volleyball team and was a member of Psi Chi National Honors Society. Go Bulldogs! Morgan earned her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification in 2022.

Born in Los Angeles, California, and raised in Austin, Texas, Morgan now lives in Rockville, Maryland, where she enjoys spending time with her husband, Sean, her daughter, Charlotte, and their pet family, Poe (dog) and Chopper (cat). Morgan is expecting her second child in June 2024, baby boy Sarraf, TBD! Morgan spends a great deal of time outdoors hiking, biking, swimming, and exploring, though she also enjoys a hot cup of coffee and a good book. During her time away from the office, she often travels to visit family and friends.
