Ron Bolte | Client Services Associate

Ron joined Hightower in the winter of 2022. With a client-first focus and keen attention to detail, he brings a strong professional background in client service, administration and business operations to the team.

Ron is responsible for client enrollment, as well as fulfilling client service requests in an organized and timely manner. He also focuses on supporting the team’s day-to-day operations to ensure an efficient and excellent client experience.

Prior to Hightower, Ron served as financial planning analyst at Edelman Financial Engines, where he focused on client service support, financial planning, as well as administrative and operational tasks. Ron previously held roles as a Client Service Associate at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, as well as a registered account representative at Rochdale Securities.

Ron earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland and currently lives in Maryland. Ron enjoys tennis, listening to podcasts and reading. Being from Long Island, Ron is a loyal Islanders fan and in his spare time, loves spending time with his family, catching up on old movies and playing trivia with friends.
